Hi, my name is Karissa I am The Meier Agency Operations Manager where I do anything that helps running our business to interviewing and recruiting. I have been apart of Meier Agency team since December 2022. Prior to working with The Meier Agency, I worked in various facets of the medical and orthopedic industries, and I have always had a love and passion for helping people.
​I enjoy working with The Meier Agency  for the freedom and growth it offers me, but my  favorite thing about being here is the culture we have as a work family. Family means a lot to me, so I love that some of my best friendships are with my coworkers!

If I am not working and helping people, then you will catch me spending any free time I get with my husband and two boys.
